Hotel Reservation Form**

Your reservation The conference registration fee includes: Hotel Accommodation (3 nights), Conference Proceedings (Hard copy and CD), mid-session coffee breaks on each day of the conference, Welcome Reception on Sunday, 21 August 2011, Lunches on Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 August 2011, Conference Dinner on Tuesday 23 August, and Post Conference Industrial visit.

**Accommodation fees consider check-in on August 21st between 3 pm and 8 pm, and check-out on August 24th 2011 at 12 am.

N.B: If one wants a longer length of stay, it is strongly recommended to contact the hotel staff ahead. Please note that due to the Belgium formula 1 grand prix in Spa-Francorchamps (from August 25th to 28th, 2011), rates for hotel rooms in the Liege area should shoot up.

Payment information

Payment Registration fees are to be paid by bank transfer in advance of the conference until the 15th of July 2011. Payments made at the conference desk will be charged with a 10% extra.
